Ordering from R1 Systems
Shipping & returns

These terms apply to our 100 Mbps and Gigabit Ethernet switches, in PCBA and enclosed versions, and the Motor Control Module. For other products or custom configurations, we confirm shipping and order terms through your inquiry.
US delivery
We ship from Merced, California, to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. International destinations and US territories are not currently supported.
Dispatch and transit time
Our dispatch lead time for these products is 1–2 days after payment. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on the service and destination.
Shipping rates and services
When online checkout is available, enter your delivery address to see shipping charges based on the packed size, weight, and destination. USPS Ground Advantage is our primary service; USPS Priority Mail is also offered when available for your shipment. Select a service before continuing to Stripe, where you can review the final total, including applicable tax, before paying.
For multiple items or a package that needs review, send your cart as an inquiry. We review whether items can ship together and confirm the shipping quote before payment.
Returns and refunds
You may return these products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
To arrange a return and refund, email info@r1-systems.com with your order reference. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
